Get its name, category, phone, website, owner, whether the owner is a company, and state-registry officers. Ask for officer contacts.\n\nOptions and results\nChoose a result limit, active phones only, and exact or relaxed name matching for record lookups. Results show owners, property facts, contact counts, phone types and do-not-call flags. Contact details open through Download results; chat cells say in Download results.\n\nDownload results opens a Scout Data page with a small Talk to our team block, Download CSV and illustrated data sets: homeowner contacts for a whole area first, then solar, roofing, HVAC, new homeowners, real estate and commercial.\n\nLists\nSend up to 1,000 rows, including phone checks and businesses. Get a summary, the first 20 rows and a results link. Ask for the list result if processing continues. To fill only missing values, send the phones and emails you already have. Rows with both stay as they are. Business rows include business fields in the download.\n\nWrong numbers\nReport one or more wrong numbers. Scout Data saves the report and returns another number for the same contact when known, through Download results.\n\nAccount\nSign in with Scout Data. Replies show usage. When no lookups remain, nothing is charged. A search shows how many homes match. An address lookup shows which owner, property and permit data exists, plus phone and email counts. Each shows how to reach our team. Your account page shows lookups left, lookups used, your files and Talk to our team.\n\nData and coverage\nScout Data receives only tool arguments, including home-search filters and limit, not your full conversation. It returns search results and, when no lookups remain, available_data flags and counts. Each home search is saved as one CSV file for 6 months, like single results. History has one row per search and data check, with no lookup inputs. Payments inside the connector: none. See the privacy policy for full retention and deletion details. US public records and partner data may be incomplete or out of date. No maps. Use results for lawful business outreach.
