"shortDescription": "Your agentic finance function",
"longDescription": "Economico is the agentic finance function for ambitious founders who want the financial rigor of a company with a finance department, without hiring one.\n\nEconomico isn\u2019t another copilot or dashboard to learn. Your own agent connects over MCP and does the work, recording each business\u2019s history in a hash-chained, append-only ledger. The agreement is recorded first, so most reconciliation never has to happen.\n\nThe result is one connected history of what you charge, what each customer agreed to, what they used and what it costs to serve them. Financial statements, cash, runway and revenue all come from that history. Ask what your burn is, then ask which customer, agreement or assumption changed it.\n\nConnect your agent and explore a fictional SaaS company before bringing your own books. You choose the business and permissions. Code, Stripe and email access require separate authorization in your agent. Economico records evidence you provide; it does not move money, send invoices, sign agreements or file taxes. Burn and runway depend on the records and assumptions supplied.",

"description": "P1: Connect and inspect the books. Use a fresh populated TinyCRM Studio demo selected during connection. Run P1\u2013P5 in order in one conversation; earlier checkpoints are prerequisites.",
"prompt": "Use Economico to open my newly created TinyCRM Studio (demo). Confirm the actual business\nslug, Demo status, USD currency and opening date from `demoOpenedAt`. Distinguish that\nopening date from the latest dated invoice, payment or recognition entry. Summarize the existing\nbusiness using its real demo records: Juniper Bio, Maple Works, the unpaid Bluegate Labs\ninvoice, and the recorded customer plan prices. Save a baseline for the review facts using\nbalances immediately before October 21, 2026 at midnight UTC and income for October 1\u201320.\nDo not record or change anything. This is seeded demo data, not a live Stripe, email or\nbank connection; do not claim you read those external accounts.",
"tools_triggered": "`businesses`, `business_get`, `report_balance_sheet`, `report_income_statement` and `report_activity_claims`;\nrelevant read tools as needed.",
"expected_behavior": "**Expected:** identifies the actual sandbox slug and report\ncurrency; reports observed seeded entries honestly. No command tool runs.\nStates the business record's `demoOpenedAt`, not a guessed opening date from its last entry.\nIdentifies populated demo data rather than calling the books empty; Bluegate has an open\nUSD 299 invoice. Read prices from customer agreement terms when shared templates have no\ndefault price. Whole-book balances are observed; the oracle below specifies changes relative to the baseline.\nNo request to supply an unrelated integration, no invented transactions, no paid signup.\nOAuth linking may happen before the first tool call; the signed-in person completes it."

"prompt": "In TinyCRM Studio (demo), record these synthetic accounting facts. Our customer is Cedar Design\nLLC. Under a fixed-price agreement accepted on October 1, 2026, we delivered a consulting\nengagement on October 5, 2026. The full fee is USD 2,500.00, earned on delivery, with no tax,\ndiscounts or fees. Invoice REVIEW-CEDAR-001 was issued October 5 and is due October 20.\nIt has not been paid. Use evidence references review:cedar:agreement for acceptance and\nreview:cedar:delivery and review:cedar:invoice-001 for the work and billing. Use midnight\nUTC for these dated facts. Record the agreement, delivery, revenue and receivable once,\nthen read them back. Do not send an invoice or move money.",
"tools_triggered": "`parties_create`, `activities_create`, `contracts_create`, `contracts_accept`,\n`contracts_record`; relevant reads and `report_activity_claims`. Reusing an evidenced existing right or\nparty is valid.",
"expected_behavior": "**Expected:** customer and accepted agreement, an invoice/activity statement,\nUSD revenue **250000** minor units and open receivable **250000**. Cash change **0**.\nBilling, delivery and recognition reference the same obligation and supplied source facts;\nacceptance alone must not fabricate service completion. Link returned documents when present.\nAny tool error must be resolved or disclosed; an attempted write is not a successful record."

This is a synthetic statement fact, reference review:cedar:receipt-001.\nRecord it in a USD checking account named Review operating bank, creating that account\nif needed. Use October 10 at midnight UTC. There are no fees or currency conversion.\nApply the whole receipt to that invoice, leave the rest outstanding, and show me the\nremaining receivable. This records money already received; do not initiate a transfer.",
"tools_triggered": "`accounts_register` if needed, `payments_record`, reads of the invoice/claim and\naccount, `report_activity_claims`.",
"expected_behavior": "**Expected:** payment **100000**, allocated to P2's component-qualified\nclaim, cash increase **100000**, receivable **150000**. Revenue stays **250000**; receipt\nmust not recognize it again. Record the payment ID, receipt/command ID and idempotency key in\nprivate run evidence for the retry regression. No external bank call or payment instruction."

They supplied and completed USD 120.00 of hosting for our\ncustomer service on October 15, 2026; recognize it as cost of revenue on that date. Bill\nREVIEW-MAPLE-001 was issued October 15, is due October 30 and is unpaid. No tax, fees,\nprepayment or currency conversion. Show income for\nOctober 1 through October 20, 2026 inclusive, and the balances immediately before October\n21 at midnight UTC: earned revenue, cost of revenue, profit, cash received, amount Cedar\nstill owes us and amount we owe Maple. Explain why profit differs from cash. Separate all\npre-existing seeded demo entries from this scenario, using the baseline from our first prompt. No command tool runs; no assertion that the bank's real balance was verified.\nIf the host renders a report component, its numbers, currency and date must agree with the\nmodel-readable report and explanation. If it cannot render, retain that limitation."
