        "displayName": "EQUIRE",
        "shortDescription": "Cited CRE deal intelligence",
        "longDescription": "You are preparing a commercial real estate deal for investment committee. The offering memorandum, rent roll, T-12, and leases do not always agree, and a figure that does not tie to source tends to surface in the committee room instead of before it.\n\nEQUIRE is a governed deal workspace for acquisitions and investment teams. This app connects your assistant to the deals, documents, and valuation models your EQUIRE account can already open, within the organizations and permissions you grant at sign-in.\n\nWhat you can ask for:\n- A deal briefing with cited source excerpts and each figure's release basis, with preliminary items labeled as preliminary.\n- A portfolio view ranked by open risk, with deals compared side by side.\n- Document evidence, diligence items, and recent activity for one deal.\n- Read-only what-ifs through a deal's saved valuation model. Nothing is saved.\n- Screening of EQUIRE's market listing index, with offering memorandum facts and the broker contacts published with each listing.\n- A market research plan for a deal, run only after you approve it.\n\nYou decide how much your assistant can change. Writes are off unless you grant them. With Reads and Staged Changes, valuation and review changes are staged as proposals that a person on your team approves in EQUIRE. With Deal Intake and the required permissions, your assistant can create a deal and attach transferable documents and property photos after confirmation. Existing grants stay unchanged. Where your organization offers Routine Workflow Updates, your assistant can also add deal notes, create or update diligence items, queue a listing for screening, attach report links to a deal, and start approved market research. The instructions ask your assistant to state each change and wait for your confirmation first.\n\nTo start: connect EQUIRE and sign in, choose your organizations, permissions, and write level on the consent screen, then ask for a briefing on a deal.\n\nThe result is a briefing your team can defend: figures traced to their sources, conflicts and permission limits stated, and open risks listed before the meeting.\n\nRequires an EQUIRE account. EQUIRE supports investment analysis and is not investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Investment committee decisions, data release, listing conversion, deletion, and sharing stay in EQUIRE. File attachment requires transferable bytes; otherwise use EQUIRE\u2019s Documents page or photo gallery. You can review or revoke the connection at any time in EQUIRE Settings.",
