Ask about a public company by ticker, name or CIK and get its Watch List status, how long its material weakness has been open, the as-of date, its ctrlworx.com page and the SEC filing it comes from. Ask for the headline figures and get the live count of public companies on the Clock, with its as-of date. Every answer comes from the companies' own SEC filings and links to them. The tools read data and never change it. Ctrl Worx is independent and has no tie to the SEC or any government body.",
