Ask in plain language, for example for a three-room flat in Cologne under 400,000 euros or houses near Munich, and immoriver returns matching listings with price, living area, rooms, location and a link to the full exposé. You can then ask for the details of a single listing: prices, areas, year built, energy class, description and photos.

immoriver only reads public listings. It does not need an account, does not store your questions, does not share contact details of providers and cannot send enquiries — to contact a provider, open the exposé link. Results are sorted by date, price or area, never by paid placement.",
