Most people use it in one of two ways: a click from the Gmail sidebar with the Quicktion add-on, or by forwarding emails to a destination's own address, by hand or with an auto-forward rule so client emails land as they arrive.\n\nEach destination keeps the setup you made at quicktion.io: which email fields go to which properties or columns, the default values that tag every save, and the AI processing that can summarize the body or pull out dates, amounts and names.\n\nWith this plugin, ChatGPT gets to use the same account. Ask it to save an email you pasted or are looking at, by destination name, and it runs through the same pipeline as a forwarded email. You can also ask which destinations you have and what you saved recently.\n\nGetting started: install the plugin, sign in with Google when ChatGPT sends you to quicktion.io, then create your first destination at quicktion.io/setup. That is also where you get the Gmail add-on and your forwarding address.\n\nQuicktion only receives the email you ask it to save and the destination you name. It never reads your inbox and never sees the rest of your conversation. Every save appears in your Quicktion activity feed, and you can disconnect ChatGPT at any time from Settings. Attachments aren't included in saves from ChatGPT yet; forward those emails or use the Gmail add-on.",
