What this plugin does
For every recovery counsel, bank panel advocate, borrower's counsel, and insolvency professional practising before India's banking-litigation forums — the Debts Recovery Tribunals, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal (for IBC matters), CMM / DM courts for SARFAESI Section 14 possession, and civil courts of pecuniary jurisdiction — this open-source Claude Code plugin standardises drafting across the full Indian banking-litigation surface. Case-config-aware: forum, security position, NPA classification, demand-notice trajectory, default trigger, and security-document inventory are user-supplied. Battle-tested for DRT Original Applications under Section 19 RDDBFI Act 1993, SARFAESI Section 13(2) demand notices, SARFAESI Section 17 Securitisation Applications, SARFAESI Section 14 CMM / DM possession applications, Negotiable Instruments Act Section 138 complaints and reply notices, civil recovery suits under Order 7 / Order 37 CPC, IBC Section 7 financial-creditor applications before the NCLT, IBC Section 95 personal-guarantor insolvency applications, and DRAT appeals under Section 20 RDDBFI Act 1993. Six-agent drafting pipeline + shared banking drafting base with RDDBFI Act 1993, SARFAESI Act 2002, Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, Banking Regulation Act 1949, RBI Master Directions, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 encoded. The finished product is a forum-ready pleading the chamber can file at the DRT, NCLT, or Magistrate's Court the same day.
