What this plugin does

For every intellectual-property litigation advocate practising before India's IP forums — the Intellectual Property Rights Division of the Delhi, Madras, Calcutta, and Bombay High Courts (post-IPAB abolition under the Tribunals Reforms Act 2021), the Commercial Division, Commercial Courts under the Commercial Courts Act 2015, and District Courts of competent pecuniary jurisdiction — this open-source Claude Code plugin standardises drafting across India's full IP-litigation surface. Case-config-aware: forum, nature of the IP right (copyright / trade mark / patent / design / passing-off), infringement-mode allegations, prior-use evidence inventory, and registration particulars are user-supplied. Battle-tested for copyright infringement suits under Section 51 read with Section 55 Copyright Act 1957, fair-dealing defences under Section 52, trade mark infringement suits under Sections 29 / 134 / 135 Trade Marks Act 1999, common-law passing-off suits, trade mark rectification applications under Section 57 (post-IPAB-abolition to the High Court IP Division), patent infringement suits under Sections 104 and 108 Patents Act 1970, patent revocation applications under Section 64 (post-IPAB-abolition to the High Court IP Division), design piracy suits under Section 22 and Section 19 cancellation under the Designs Act 2000, John Doe / Ashok Kumar / Anton Piller applications under Order 39 CPC, and interim injunction applications applying the American Cyanamid / Gujarat Bottling framework. Six-agent drafting pipeline + shared IP drafting base with the Copyright Act 1957, Trade Marks Act 1999, Patents Act 1970 (as amended), Designs Act 2000, Tribunals Reforms Act 2021, Delhi High Court IPRD Rules 2022, Madras High Court IPRD Rules, Commercial Courts Act 2015, CPC Order 39, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 encoded. The finished product is a Division-ready or Court-ready suit, application, or rectification petition the chamber can file the same day.
