What this plugin does

Persistent local memory for Claude Code. Indexes every session JSONL file verbatim
into SQLite + ChromaDB for semantic recall across your entire history — ~126ms per
query, zero API calls, nothing ever leaves your machine. 17 MCP tools including
fuzzy `recall`, git-aware `recall_project_status`, and deterministic `replay_file`.
