Gives Claude structured methodologies for discovery synthesis (JTBD, empathy mapping, journey mapping), user research design (interview guides, screeners, synthesis plans), opportunity mapping (pursue/monitor/defer decisions), PRD authoring (evidence-linked requirements, Given/When/Then scenarios), prioritization (RICE, MoSCoW, ICE scoring), metrics analysis (North Star, metric trees, HEART framework), engagement design (habit loops, gamification, PLG flows), and validation (evidence grading, cheapest-next-evidence routing).
