Includes 17 skills: multi-agent decision enforcement (research + debate agents with permanent Architecture Decision Log), 3-tier model routing (~75% token savings by routing Haiku for search, Sonnet for code, Opus for architecture), workflow gates, TDD enforcement, systematic debugging, and context recovery tools.
