4truck is a vehicle management and operations platform for trucking carriers, covering vehicles, maintenance, loads and office work. This plugin lets a 4truck member ask ChatGPT about their own operation using live 4truck data during the conversation. Read available load details, notes and history, search loads by vehicle or period, and summarize or compare complete periods. Financial reads require the corresponding feature permission and data access. Missing or incomplete values are reported explicitly. Your role's permissions and Team Management company and vehicle scope still apply. Your Assistant access rules and account limits can further restrict tools and data categories. A host approval cannot override these limits. Tools requiring Ask in 4truck are unavailable through this connector; supported one-time approval is available in the built-in dashboard assistant. Every connector tool is read-only; it cannot change your data. Your account owner decides which roles may connect an AI assistant and can see a record of what each member's assistant looked up, never the conversation itself. You can disconnect at any time from your 4truck profile.
