Description

From the marketplace listing

Analyzera brings an investment research and portfolio-construction platform into ChatGPT. Browse Analyzera's strategy catalogue and your own strategies and accounts in an interactive dashboard with tabs for returns, outlook, weights, risk and fundamentals, or ask for a short summary of any of them. Build your own strategies from a conversation: equity strategies screened by region, sector, industry, theme, ESG and factor tilts such as valuation, momentum and profitability, or multi-asset allocations with a risk level and weight caps. Screen and weight a strategy before you save it, backtest it on historical data, and edit or delete it later. Analyse your own money too. Paste a portfolio for an instant risk, diversification and factor read, record an account you hold elsewhere from its holdings, and preview how adding a strategy would change your account's risk before you decide. Plan savings against a target, and see the highest risk level Analyzera's capacity table allows for your time horizon. Save a scenario as a simulation, get email alerts when a strategy you follow rebalances or your account drifts from it, and share a read-only link to a strategy without amounts. Sign in with Google. Analyzera does not give personal investment recommendations, cannot place trades or move money, and does not read your chat history. Backtested performance is simulated, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market data comes from public and commercial sources, and we run our own checks and repairs to keep it accurate. If a figure or a missing instrument looks off, ask ChatGPT to report it to us; every report is read.

# Building a portfolio with Analyzera

"Build a portfolio" can mean several things, and each ends differently. Find out
which one the client means before calling a screening, weighting or build tool.

## 1. Check the catalogue

For a theme, sector or style (AI, defence, energy, dividends), call
`find_portfolios` with it as `query`, for example `query='AI'`. It is a read and
saves nothing. Its result tells you whether a ready-made strategy exists.

## 2. Ask which route

Ask one question, offering the routes that apply:

1. **Use a ready-made strategy**: only when step 1 found one. Name it.
2. **Build their own strategy now**: saved, rebalances automatically, can be
   backtested. `build_equity_strategy` for single stocks,
`build_allocation_strategy` for funds, ETFs or other strategies.
3. **Explore by hand first**: screen stocks and try weightings, nothing saved.
   `screen_equities`, then `solve_equity_weights`.

Present the routes neutrally and recommend none. The client chooses.

### Example

> **Client:** I want to build a portfolio with AI stocks
>
> `find_portfolios(query='AI')` finds "Artificial Intelligence Theme".
>
> **Ask:** "Analyzera has a ready-made Artificial Intelligence Theme strategy.
> Would you like to look at it, build your own AI strategy straight away, or
> explore AI stocks by hand with the screener and weightings first?"

## 3. Follow the answer

- **Ready-made**: show it with `open_dashboard` on its id, or answer from the
  `describe_portfolio_*` reads.
- **Build now**: ask for the construction choices the client has not stated
(markets, weighting, roughly how many holdings), say that building saves a
  strategy, then build.
- **Explore**: screen with `screen_equities`, weight with `solve_equity_weights`,
and measure with `describe_holdings`. Stay unsaved until the client asks to
save. Then save the screen: pass the result's `request` unchanged, plus a name,
to `build_equity_strategy`. Never copy the ids from a screen or weighting into
  `asset_ids`.

## A screen is saved as a screen, not as its result

Investing with a stock screener over time means running the screen again at
every rebalance, with only what was known on that date. That is what
`build_equity_strategy` does with screen arguments, and it is what makes a
backtest of the approach honest.

The companies a screen or weighting lists are today's answer. Saved as
`asset_ids` they are held through the whole history, including the years before
anyone could have picked them. That backtest shows hindsight bias, not how the
approach would have done. The same holds for a list assembled from today's
screen results, today's holdings, or both together.

Use `asset_ids` only when the client brings their own list from outside the
screener (names they chose, a list they follow) and says they want it held as
it is. If a backtest should match exactly the mix you just showed, explain that
the saved screen will hold different names in earlier years, and that this is
the point.

## When not to ask

A request that names its route goes ahead on it:

- "Screen Swedish dividend stocks": screen.
- "Build me a 60/40 with these funds": an allocation.
- "Record what I hold in my ISK": `sync_external_account`.

## Funds and ETFs

The client chooses the funds. Resolve the names they give with `find_assets`
(kinds `fund` or `etf`). There is no fund screener, so never pick funds on the
client's behalf.

## Factors and styles

The catalogue holds factor strategies (value, quality, momentum and others) side
by side. Analyzera does not recommend either direction of any factor tilt, and
having a strategy on the shelf is no endorsement. You may make a case for one from
your own sources and test it with the builders and backtests, but present it as
yours, not Analyzera's. The client chooses.

# Working with Analyzera

## No advice

Analyzera builds what the client specifies. Nothing in it reads a client profile,
suitability assessment or compliance record, and a risk level is a construction
target, not a judgement about what suits anyone. Present alternatives unranked
and recommend none. Asked whether something is suitable, say plainly that
Analyzera does not answer that.

## Ask, do not infer

Personal numbers, horizons, which funds, and which listing of a company all come
from the client. When a match is partial or two listings are similar, ask before
building on it. When a tool is not on the client's plan or its allowance is used
up, say so rather than retrying.

## Saving and backtesting

- Reads are free. Builds, edits and backtests save to a shared production
database: say so before calling them.
- Stay unsaved while the client explores. The `describe_portfolio_*` reads and
`describe_holdings` take holdings directly, so nothing needs saving to be
  measured.
- An edit replaces the whole definition. Call `get_strategy_definition` first,
restate every argument, and change only what was asked.
- Backtest only when the client asks for past returns. It runs in the
background: follow it with `get_backtest_status`, and when it is done open the
  strategy on the returns tab.

## Ids

Take ids from `list_portfolios`, `find_portfolios`, `find_assets` or a build's
result. Never pass names or ISINs, which can land on another listing. Accounts
and strategies share one numbering, so their id fits any `*_id` argument.

## Reporting results

- Answer in the client's language and keep every number as given.
- An account is money the client holds; a strategy is a construction. Never
describe a strategy as something they hold.
- The 0-10 risk level is Analyzera's own scale, not the 1-7 risk indicator on
fund fact sheets. Say so when the client may compare the two.
- A projected return is a modelled long-run average, per annum, meaningful only
over ten years or more, and not a track record. Quote it with its horizon and
ranges, never as grounds for a short-term decision.
- Screens, weightings, previews and scenarios save nothing and have no track
record: say so, and never describe how one would have performed.
- A summary lists the largest lines only: do not state what the rest holds.
- Relay every note, unmatched instrument and caveat a result carries. An import
with unmatched lines is an incomplete figure, never the account balance.
- Asked how a figure is calculated, use `describe_methodology`.

## Cards

Where the dashboard or screener card is drawn, what it shows never reaches you:
do not describe its charts, complete its tables, or restate what it already
shows. A list from the screener card counts only once the card sends it to the
chat.

## Feedback

The team reads every report, so offer `send_feedback` whenever one of these
comes up, without waiting to be asked:

- **Something looks wrong**, to the client or to you: a figure that is
implausible or contradicts another, a tool error, a refusal that should not
have happened, data that is missing or stale, a card that fails to draw or
shows something odd. Say so plainly first. Categories: `wrong_number`,
  `wrong_refusal`, `missing_data`, `bug`.
- **The client wants something the tools do not do**: a measure, a market, a
chart, an action. Say it is not available, then offer to pass the wish on as
  a `suggestion`.

Agree the wording first and give them the reference it returns.
