Archai Board is a visual workspace made of pages. A page is an infinite canvas that holds notes, to-do lists, documents, links and groups, and pages nest inside other pages. With the Archai Board app, ChatGPT can work with your pages when you ask it to: - Turn the current conversation into a new page: a summary, a checklist of to-dos, a kanban, a timeline, a table or a mind map. - Add content to an existing page in a titled group, without touching what is already there. - Find pages and items by their text, and read a page or a single item. - Tick off, retitle or edit to-dos and notes you name, move and arrange items, connect items with lines, and write longer documents. - Undo everything it did in its last run. How it works: you sign in with your Google account and approve access. Reading needs the read permission; changing pages needs the edit permission. The app only acts on request, works from your conversation first, and reads your pages only when you ask about them or when it needs to choose where to put something. Page text is treated as data, never as instructions. Deleting or overwriting is done only when you ask. You can revoke the connection at any time in Settings > Connected apps in Archai Board. Limits: images and files cannot be added through ChatGPT; the app works with pages you own or that are shared with you with edit access; sign-in requires a Google account.
