Find your saved recipes Ask "What can I make with chicken, rice and spinach from my saved recipes?" ChatGPT searches everything you've created, saved, favorited and cooked, plus your collections and the ones friends shared with you. Save recipes from any link Paste a food blog, Instagram or TikTok link and say "Save this recipe to Bite." Bite turns it into a clean recipe in your library. Worked out a recipe together in chat? Say "Save this recipe to Bite." Plan meals for the week Ask "Plan my dinners Monday to Friday from my favorites, nothing over 45 minutes." ChatGPT searches your Bite recipes, suggests a week, and adds it to your Bite meal plan, so it's waiting in the app when you get to the kitchen. Build your shopping list Ask "Make me a shopping list for this week." Bite builds the list from your meal plan and gives you a copy-ready version for your grocery app. Also: add recipes to collections, favorite them, leave yourself private notes, and mark what you cooked. Private and in your control - Recipes saved from chat are private. If one doesn't have an approved photo yet, it's saved as a draft until you add one in Bite. - Photos from links go through the same safety check as photos uploaded in the app. - Bite never deletes anything from chat and never posts reviews, follows people or publishes on your behalf. - ChatGPT can't see your email, password, payment details or anyone else's private recipes. - Disconnect anytime at biterecipes.co, Settings, Connected apps. It takes effect immediately.
