BizGenius connects your AI assistant to your own BizGenius account, so you can ask about your data in plain language instead of clicking through dashboards. The tools available depend on the products your account has. What you can do: • Citations — search and summarize the published papers that cite your products, see the exact sentence where a product is mentioned, get counts and trends, and find your top citing organizations. • Citation widget analytics — see how visitors to your website use your citation widget: visitors, paper clicks and searches. • ChatGenius analytics — review the questions and conversations your website visitors had with your ChatGenius assistant, with trends and breakdowns. • Deep Analysis — get the bibliometric landscape of a research field: publication trend and growth, leading journals, authors, institutions, countries, key topics and top papers. • Academic leads — preview researchers to contact about a product (name, email, affiliation, and the paper or grant they were found on), and export the full list. • Export — have a spreadsheet or bibliography emailed to you for anything too large to read in chat. Everything is read-only except exports, which are emailed to the account holder. BizGenius only ever shows your own account's data, and never receives your conversations.
