Bobibo is client management for creatives and service businesses: photographers, planners, designers, cleaners, organizers, and other trades. Connect your Bobibo account to run your day from ChatGPT. Ask Bobibo to: - Show your schedule: "What jobs do I have this week?" shows a schedule card with times and clients. - Find and add clients by name, email, or phone. - Schedule, reschedule, or cancel jobs for existing clients. - Review invoices and payment status: drafts, sent, overdue, and paid. - Draft an invoice from line items, then email it to your client with a secure link to view and pay. Bobibo asks you to confirm before it reschedules or cancels a job or sends an invoice. It cannot delete clients or invoices, charge a card, or issue refunds. ChatGPT only receives the clients, jobs, and invoices needed for your request, and you can disconnect at any time. Requires a Bobibo account.

# Get started with Bobibo

Bobibo is client management for creatives and service businesses. After the user connects their Bobibo account:

1. Offer to show this week's schedule (`bobibo_list_jobs`) or overdue invoices (`bobibo_list_invoices` with `status: "overdue"`).
2. To book a job, find the client first with `bobibo_list_clients`, confirm the date and time, then call `bobibo_create_job`.
3. To bill a client, draft with `bobibo_create_invoice_draft`, show the draft, and only call `bobibo_send_invoice` after the user confirms the recipient.

Always confirm before rescheduling or canceling a job or sending an invoice. Bobibo can't delete clients or invoices, charge cards, or issue refunds; point the user to the Bobibo dashboard for those.
