Description
From the marketplace listing
BOLDR MAX organizes your construction projects' measurements, photos, and videos seamlessly. BOLDR Pro is REEKON Tools' jobsite data platform for construction teams: projects, jobs, and field measurements captured by REEKON measuring devices or entered manually, organized into forms with per-column tolerances. This plugin gives ChatGPT full read and write access to your organization — governed by your existing BOLDR role and shares, so connecting never grants more than you already have in the apps. Read & analyze: browse projects, jobs, and forms; list measurements in any unit; find out-of-tolerance values using BOLDR's own tolerance math; track progress and deviation trends; search files by name across the whole organization; export complete job tables as CSV. Write: create projects, jobs, and forms; record measurements (plain-language values like 3' 4-1/2" work); bulk-create up to 50 rows at once or import a whole table from CSV-like data in one call; upload photos and PDFs; annotate photos and plans with strokes, shapes, and live measurement tiles; save printable labels whose QR codes deep-link into the apps; import construction calculators pre-filled with your inputs; move jobs and folders between projects. Destructive operations are clearly marked so the assistant confirms before deleting. Read-only connections see only the read tools. Documentation: https://api.boldrpro.com/mcp-docs

name: import-table
description: Turn a pasted or uploaded table (CSV, spreadsheet excerpt, spec sheet) into a BOLDR form with all of its rows and measurements in one call.
---
# Import a table into BOLDR
Use this when the user provides tabular data — a CSV, a pasted table, a cut
list, a spec sheet — and wants it in BOLDR.
1. Confirm the destination: which project and job (create them with
`create_project` / `create_job` if the user asks for new ones).
2. Map the table's headers to column types: lengths → `measurement`,
angles → `angle`, categories with a fixed set of values → `singleSelect`
(collect the options), yes/no → `boolean`, free text → `text`, counts →
`number`. Show the user the mapping before writing if anything is
ambiguous.
3. Call `import_table` once: `columns` from the headers, `rows` with cells
keyed by column NAME. Measurement cells take the values as written —
numbers are read in `unit`, strings like `3' 4-1/2"` parse as-is, and
`{value, label}` attaches a label to the created measurement.
4. More than 50 rows? `import_table` the first 50, then batch the rest with
`create_groups` using the column ids the first call returned (cells are
keyed by column ID there, not name).
5. Hand back the section name and row count, and offer a follow-up: lock a
measurement column's display unit with `set_column_unit_lock`, or set
tolerances so out-of-spec rows surface in reports.
Never create rows one call at a time with `create_group` +
`create_measurement` when the data is already tabular — the bulk tools are
atomic and far cheaper on the organization's request quota.
jobsite-status1.23 KB
--- name: jobsite-status description: Produce a jobsite status report for a BOLDR project — per-job progress, out-of-tolerance measurements, and recent activity — ready to paste into a standup or email. --- # Jobsite status report Use this when the user asks how a project or job is going, what's left, or what's out of spec. 1. If the user didn't name a project, call `list_projects` and ask which one (or pick the obvious match from their words). 2. Call `get_project_progress` for the roll-up, then `list_jobs` for per-job completion fractions. 3. For each active job the user cares about (or the 2–3 least complete), call `find_out_of_tolerance` and `get_job_progress`. 4. Report, in this order: overall project completion, per-job completion, then out-of-tolerance items as "group → column: measured X vs target Y (band min–max)" using the values exactly as the tools format them — never convert units yourself; pass the user's preferred `unit` to the tools instead. 5. If the user wants the full table, call `export_job_csv` and provide the CSV rather than re-typing values. Keep the report short: lead with the one number they asked for, then the exceptions. Offer the CSV export instead of pasting large tables.
