# ChartGaze — get started

Use ChartGaze when the user asks about live prices, multi-timeframe structure, economic calendar risk, or their ChartGaze watchlists/alerts.

## Typical flow

1. Call `get_market_context` for the symbol (e.g. XAUUSD, EURUSD).
2. Optionally call `get_market_events` or `get_economic_calendar_week` for nearby risk.
3. For account-specific data (watchlists, alerts, connected brokers), the user must complete ChartGaze OAuth.

## Do not

- Do not invent prices or events.
- Do not place trades unless the user explicitly asks and Live/Review mode tools are available after OAuth.
- Do not upsell subscriptions or open checkout flows.

Initial ChartGaze Directory release: market context, calendar, and OAuth-gated account tools. Aligned with OpenAI mixed-auth MCP sample (public market tools + OAuth account tools).
