Chauffeur Base is a fleet management tool for chauffeur and private-hire (VTC) companies. From ChatGPT, managers can list, create and update reservations (status, driver and vehicle assignment, price), manage customers and fleet vehicles, generate invoices from reservations with the amount and VAT computed automatically, and look up their drivers. Drivers see only the rides assigned to them. Every action is scoped to the signed-in user's own role (manager or driver) and organization: a manager only sees and changes their own company's data. Tools only read or write that organization's data in Chauffeur Base; they never send emails, messages or notifications, never process payments and never publish anything. Requires an existing Chauffeur Base account.
