Description
From the marketplace listing
ChefBear scans restaurant menus and helps you choose what to order. Connect your ChefBear account and add a menu photo you choose to create a private, structured menu. Ask ChatGPT to compare the listed dishes and prices with the tastes or recent meals you tell it about, then open the menu in ChefBear. Share a menu only when you ask, and revoke the link later. Imports use your existing recognition allowance and do not create dish images or public links automatically. Reading a menu you already imported does not use your allowance again.

A recipe request without a menu photo or a known ChefBear menu must not use recognition allowance or invent a menu ID. Expected: no ChefBear tool call; ChatGPT may give a general recipe.

Starter prompt
I uploaded a photo of this restaurant menu. Import it privately into ChefBear, then tell me when the menu is ready.
First package of this plugin, created anew with its MCP server connected, as the review of the previous ChefBear plugin asked. Six MCP tools: import menu photos the user supplies into a private menu, check the import, read a saved menu, share or revoke a menu link on request, and check that the connection works. Imports use the account's recognition allowance and create no dish images. Reviewers sign in on ChefBear's consent page under Review account.
