Description

From the marketplace listing

Clera connects startups with vetted candidates who are open to opportunities. For company hiring teams: search the candidate pool against a role, review the candidates Clera picked, request introductions, track hiring progress, and manage roles, the public company profile and private contacts. Search results mask candidate names but keep professional history; semantic search may send search inputs to Azure. Role-based searches show advisory fit flags that never block an introduction. Detailed profiles can remain available after an earlier named share expires or is revoked, and professional free text may contain personal details. Introduction requests can send emails and submit applications to a connected hiring system. For candidates signed in with their Clera account: search the open roles at startups Clera works with, each one an introduction Clera can make, review and like matches, answer role questions, handle interview invitations, keep preferences and skills current, manage resumes, and search a wider external job board where the candidate applies on the employer's page. Feedback is sent through Slack with user and company identity. Private call logs retain caller identity, inputs and results without automatic expiry. Usage analytics go to PostHog with the user's Clera user id: which tools were called, how long they took and whether they failed, and any capability the assistant reports missing through getMoreTools.

Release notes

Adds the candidate side of Clera. Candidates signed in with their Clera account can search the open roles at startups Clera works with (searchCleraRoles, readCleraRole), review, like and decline matches and answer role questions (listMatches, readMatch, likeMatch, declineMatch, undoMatchDecision, answerRoleQuestion), follow their pipeline and interview invitations (listMyPipeline, listInterviewRequests, acceptInterview, declineInterview), keep preferences and resumes current (readPreferences, editPreferences, listResumes, setPrimaryResume, deleteResume and the resume draft tools), search and save jobs on a wider external board (searchJobs, readJobListing, saveJob, listSavedJobs, unsaveJob) and track their own applications with tailored resumes and cover letters (listApplications, trackApplication, updateApplication, deleteApplication, generateApplicationDocuments, applyToJob). Hiring teams get external talent search, contact lookup, shortlists and interview scheduling (searchExternalTalent, lookupContact, readShortlist, setInterview). Every signed-in user also gets getMoreTools, which tells Clera when the assistant needed a capability Clera doesn't have yet. The description now covers both sides and the PostHog usage analytics.
