AI tools for Etsy sellers
Developer declarations; not independently tested. Listing last checked Nov 4, 2026. Package observed Nov 3, 2026.
ConnectMyShop does not sell products or process payments in ChatGPT. It edits the seller's own Etsy listings after the seller approves each change.
Run a health check on my shop listings.
From the marketplace listing
ConnectMyShop connects your Etsy shop to ChatGPT. Ask about your listings and inventory, then let ChatGPT propose changes: titles, tags, descriptions, per-variant prices, new drafts, deactivations, and bulk edits across many listings at once. Nothing changes on Etsy until you approve it. Every proposal appears as an approval card in the chat showing exactly what will change (old value struck through, new value highlighted). You choose Approve once, Always approve for that kind of change, or Decline. Price changes keep an exact backup so they can be undone, and listings edited on Etsy after a preview are skipped rather than overwritten. Who it's for: Etsy sellers who want help with listing SEO, pricing and catalogue upkeep. Privacy: buyer names, addresses and contact details are never shared with ChatGPT. You choose what each AI app may do and can disconnect it at any time from your ConnectMyShop dashboard. Limitations: requires an Etsy shop and a ConnectMyShop account (you sign in with Etsy). Publishing listings is off unless you allow it. Large bulk previews are prepared in the background. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

--- name: bulk-price-change description: Use when the seller wants to raise, lower, round, or set prices across one or many listings or variants (e.g. "raise sweatshirts 10%", "make XXL $2 more"). Creates one approval request. --- 1. Resolve the target listings with `list_listings`; confirm the exact set back to the seller when the wording is ambiguous (e.g. which listings count as "sweatshirts"). 2. Call `propose_price_update` once with all `listingIds`, the mode (`set`, `adjust_percent`, or `adjust_amount`), and a `where` variation filter when only some variants change. 3. Read the returned status. If pending, tell the seller to approve on the card; show the before → after pairs from the preview. If executed, say it was applied automatically and do not repeat it. 4. Mention that price changes can be undone exactly with the undo-a-change skill.
--- name: listing-seo-refresh description: Use when the seller wants better titles, tags, or descriptions for Etsy search, on one listing or a batch. Drafts changes and submits them for approval. --- 1. Load each listing with `get_listing`. Keep the product facts (garment, material, sizes, personalization) unchanged. 2. Draft: title 120–140 characters, most important search phrase first, readable; exactly 13 tags, each 20 characters or fewer, no repeats of title words where a new phrase fits; description opening that restates the key phrase naturally. 3. Never use trademarked brand, celebrity, or franchise names in titles or tags. 4. Submit one listing with `propose_listing_update`; several with one `propose_bulk_listing_update`. Report the status and point the seller to the approval card.
--- name: shop-health-check description: Use when the seller asks for a shop check-up, audit, "what should I fix", or weak listings. Produces a ranked fix list from live Etsy data without changing anything. --- 1. Call `get_shop`, then `list_listings` (page through all active listings; if there are none, or the seller asks, check drafts with `state: "draft"`). Done when every relevant listing is loaded. 2. Flag per listing: fewer than 13 tags, any tag over 20 characters, title under 100 characters, missing or very short description, few photos, zero stock on any variant (`get_listing_inventory` only for listings with variations). 3. Report a short ranked table: listing, problem, suggested fix. Top 10 by impact first; group the rest by problem type. 4. Offer to apply fixes. Do not call any `propose_*` tool until the seller picks which fixes to make.
--- name: undo-a-change description: Use when the seller wants to undo, revert, roll back, or restore a change made through ConnectMyShop (prices, deactivations). --- 1. Identify the change: ask for it or use the most recent executed request id from this chat; confirm it with `get_action_status`. 2. Call `propose_revert_action` with the `actionId` (and `listingIds` to undo only some listings). 3. Explain the result honestly: price changes restore exact previous prices after approval; deactivations are undone by reactivating (expired listings cost Etsy's renewal fee); published listings and new drafts cannot be reverted — offer deactivation or manual draft deletion instead. 4. Restores always need the seller's manual approval; say so.
Initial release: read listings and inventory; propose listing edits, bulk edits, price changes with exact undo, drafts and deactivation, each approved on an in-chat card.
