Description
From the marketplace listing
Cookmarks is a recipe manager for home cooks. It saves recipes from any website into one library, then turns them into a meal plan and a grocery list. Connect Cookmarks and ChatGPT can work with the recipes you've actually saved. Plan the week from your library, add a recipe's ingredients to your grocery list, check what's left to buy, or save a recipe you found while chatting. ChatGPT can search your library, read recipes in full (with your own edits, notes and tags), and read your meal plan, cooking history and grocery list. With your permission it can add recipes to your meal plan, add items to your grocery list and import new recipes from web pages and supported social posts. These actions only add to your account; nothing is overwritten or deleted. ChatGPT can't see other people's private recipes or change your password, email or billing. Imports count toward the same allowance as importing on the website. Sign in with your Cookmarks account to connect. Disconnect any time from Settings › Connected apps on cookmarks.app.

Competitor profile
From the developer’s listing and package; capabilities are not independently tested. Package observed Nov 3, 2026.
Declared capabilities
- Search your saved recipes
- Read a recipe with your edits, notes and tags
- Read your meal plan and cooking history
Declared limitations
- A general recipe request that doesn't mention the user's library. ChatGPT should answer from its own knowledge and call no Cookmarks tools.
- Cookmarks has no delete tool. ChatGPT should say it can't delete recipes and point to the Cookmarks app. It must not call any write tool; reading the library to identify the recipes is acceptable.
- Cookmarks can't order or deliver groceries. ChatGPT should say so, may read the list with get_grocery_list, calls no write tools and never claims an order was placed.
Review scenarios; not an exhaustive list.
Cost & access
