From the developer

Declared capabilities

  • List the funds you can see in Covenant
  • Read one fund's surveyed terms, with citations
  • Compare one term across every fund you can see

Declared limitations

  • Another firm's fund. An id the reviewer cannot see is refused with the same message whether it belongs to another organization or does not exist, so ids reveal nothing. Expected: No investment found with id "notarealfundid000000000".
  • Other organizations. The tools are scoped to the signed-in account; asked to enumerate other organizations' funds, the assistant says it cannot and returns only the reviewer's own organization. Asked without naming Covenant, ChatGPT answers from public web sources and no Covenant tool runs.
  • Writing. No tool can change anything; the assistant says Covenant is read-only and the fee is unchanged.

Description

From the marketplace listing

Covenant reads the legal documents behind your private-market investments, from the LPA and side letters to every amendment, and records each negotiated term. This plugin brings those terms into ChatGPT, so a question about your portfolio takes as long to answer as it takes to ask. See which funds you have access to. Pull the surveyed terms for one fund, each cited to the document and clause it came from. Compare a single term, such as the management fee or the key person threshold, across every fund you hold. Read Covenant's topic summaries, check released amendments and the terms they changed, or hand a harder question to Covenant's assistant, which reasons across several terms at once. You sign in with your own Covenant account and see exactly the investments you see in Covenant. Everything is read-only. Answers are Covenant's reviewed work, not raw document text, and only work Covenant has released.
