Connect your assistant to your CrossHero gym to follow day-to-day operations and plan workouts.
Check class schedules, capacity, booking counts and waiting lists, and cancel a class when a coach cannot make it (the members booked are notified by CrossHero). Review billing totals, invoice lists, sales by plan, dashboard figures, coach activity, class occupancy, attendance totals by plan and gender, active members by month, members at risk, no-show counts and member counts by gender and age group. If your gym programs workouts, read the programming, search the movement and benchmark library, and create, edit or delete workouts in any program. Set a new gym up, or change a running one, from the chat: create and edit programs, the weekly timetable and plans, and switch the workouts module on or off, with the same rules as the CrossHero settings pages.
Each connection is linked to one gym and uses your existing CrossHero permissions. You can view class schedules, billing and reports; booking and payment actions are not supported. You can also review your own scores (personal records and score history) to get load or RX/Scaled suggestions for a workout. The plugin does not provide member profiles, member contact details or other athletes' scores. Coach names may appear in schedules and reports.
Requires an existing CrossHero account with staff permissions and the AI connector enabled for your gym. Available tools depend on the permissions you approve and your access in CrossHero.

Adds gym settings: create and edit programs, the weekly timetable and plans, and switch the workouts module on or off, through the same permissions and rules as the CrossHero settings pages, plus a guided setup for gyms that have not finished onboarding. Adds cancelling a scheduled class, with the members booked notified as from the classes page. Members and memberships stay out of the connector. Also includes workout management and lookup access to class schedules, billing and reports, subject to existing gym permissions.
