Dashly turns what you tell ChatGPT into a live dashboard. Log your calories and protein, water, habits, mood, sleep, workouts, weight, spending or tasks in plain words, and Dashly records each one and shows it as a tile against your goal, with streaks, a calendar and a history page for everything you track. Ask how your day or week went and ChatGPT answers from your own numbers. Start tracking something new in one sentence, skip a day when you are sick or away so it does not count against you, and build extra dashboards for themes like Health or Work. Dashly only reads and changes the signed-in person's own data. Anything that deletes, merges or archives what you logged is confirmed with you first. Dashly is a general tracker, not a medical service.
