Description
From the marketplace listing
Distill Markets gives ChatGPT direct access to US SEC filing data, served exactly as filed and traceable to the EDGAR accession that stated each number.
What it covers:
- Fundamentals from 10-K and 10-Q XBRL: latest values, up to 20 years of history, financial ratios, and a valuation panel at your price or the latest SEC-derived price.
- Point-in-time views: what was knowable on a past date, every version of a fact across filings, and material revisions, for restatement-aware research and backtests without lookahead. The as-of screen includes companies delisted since, under the symbol they used that day.
- Ownership: 13F institutional holders and manager portfolios, Schedule 13D/13G blockholders, and Form 4 insider transactions.
- Filings and events: recent SEC filings, what was filed across the market today, 8-K item events, and a delta feed for agent loops.
- Prices: month-end and quarter-end share prices derived from SEC filings, each dated and sourced. Never a live quote.
- News volume (beta): how much was published about a company and when, with outlet counts, tone and links to the publishers' pages, from The GDELT Project. Some company matches are wrong while it is a beta.
- Context: 16 government macro series and sector capital-cycle aggregates.
- Pre-2009 annual fundamentals parsed from text filings (FY1995 to FY2009), kept separate from the XBRL record, with per-fact provenance.
Every tool is read-only. Responses carry the accession number, filing date and XBRL concept behind each value, so any figure can be checked against the SEC document. The server states no opinions and gives no investment advice: it reports what the filer said and how it reconciles.
Coverage is US domestic 10-K and 10-Q filers. Figures are in the filer's reporting currency, never converted.
