Cost & access

The app lets users request a short-term apartment rental from the operator (Dove Living). The tool reserves the dates for 30 minutes and returns a link to the operator's own payment page on buchen.dove-living.de, which shows all booking details and terms; the user confirms there ('book with obligation to pay') and pays by card via Stripe Checkout. No payment happens inside ChatGPT and the assistant cannot pay on the user's behalf. Prices come live from the operator's calendar system.

Declared limitations

  • Must not pay or confirm on the user's behalf
  • Out of scope: other locations or hotels
  • Unsupported: cancelling or changing an existing booking

Description

From the marketplace listing

Dove Living lets you find and book one of three self-catering apartments in Schwandorf (Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany) directly with the operator. The apartments sleep up to 8 or 6 guests and suit families, groups and business travellers. What you can do: - Check which apartments are free for your dates and number of guests, with the final price including cleaning and VAT. - Browse a day-by-day availability calendar of an apartment and pick dates. - Get a quote with all price components, check-in and check-out times, the address and the cancellation terms with concrete deadlines. - Request a booking: the dates are reserved for 30 minutes and you get a link to the operator's payment page on buchen.dove-living.de. The booking becomes binding only after you confirm it there and complete the card payment yourself. - Check the status of your booking and receive the reservation number. Availability and prices are read live from the operator's calendar system; nothing is estimated. No account is needed. The assistant never pays on your behalf. Limitations: only the three Dove Living apartments in Schwandorf; up to 60 nights per booking; changes and cancellations are handled by e-mail (info@dove-living.de).

# Book a Dove Living apartment

Dove Living rents three self-catering apartments (up to 8 or 6 guests) at Bahnhofstraße 9, 92421 Schwandorf, Germany.
All availability and prices come live from the operator's calendar through the Dove Living MCP tools. Never invent
or calculate prices yourself.

1. Ask for arrival date, departure date and number of guests if they are missing. Dates use `YYYY-MM-DD`.
2. Call `verfuegbarkeit_suchen(von, bis, gaeste)`. Show free apartments with their final price (cleaning and VAT
included). If nothing is free (e.g. minimum stay), explain the reason and offer `belegungskalender(listing, von)`
   to find free dates.
3. Call `angebot_berechnen(listing, von, bis, gaeste)` for the price breakdown. Before a booking, tell the user the
cancellation terms exactly as returned in `stornobedingungen.text` (concrete deadlines for their arrival) and the
   deposit (`kaution`).
4. Only when the user explicitly wants to book, collect first name, last name and e-mail (phone optional) and call
`buchung_anfragen`. It reserves the dates for 30 minutes and returns a link to the operator's payment page on
buchen.dove-living.de. Tell the user that the booking becomes binding only when they click "Zahlungspflichtig
buchen" there and complete the card payment. You cannot pay for the user.
5. After payment, `buchung_status(buchungs_id)` shows the confirmation and reservation number.

Changes and cancellations are handled by e-mail: info@dove-living.de. Answer in the user's language.
