Description
From the marketplace listing
Ecoinomy MiCA Check tells you whether a crypto exchange, broker, bank or app is authorised under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), using the European Securities and Markets Authority's official interim MiCA register. Ask about a company and it returns the authorised legal entities behind the brand, the national regulator, the authorisation date, the crypto-asset services each entity may provide, and whether it may serve your EU/EEA country. It also flags matching entries on ESMA's list of non-compliant entities, so you can spot firms that regulators have warned about. You can also list every MiCA-authorised crypto-asset service provider that may serve a given country, optionally filtered by service such as custody or crypto-to-money exchange. Every answer states the date of the ESMA data and links to the official source and to Ecoinomy's MiCA licence tracker for more detail. Limitations: MiCA applies in the 27 EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (the European Economic Area, EEA). The register can lag national decisions by a few days. An authorisation is not a recommendation or a safety rating, and the app gives no investment advice. It is read-only: it cannot open accounts, place trades or move funds. The server does not use an AI model and does not store questions. Ecoinomy is published by Blast Off EOOD.
