Empruntis estimates a user's home-buying capacity in France from their income, expenses, down payment and postal code: maximum budget, monthly payment, notary fees, debt-ratio scenarios (28/33/35%), estimated surface at the local DVF price, and an interactive map of real property sales (official French DVF open data) around the target town. The app can also give the fixed Empruntis reference rate for a 10, 15, 20 or 25-year loan. Estimates are computed from official DVF sales data and fixed reference rates — no fabricated listings or prices.

MCP server v0.34.1 (widget r37, unchanged). get_reference_rate, renamed from market_rate so the name matches its behavior, returns a fixed Empruntis reference rate for 10, 15, 20 or 25 years, read from a grid embedded in the server (no external feed, openWorldHint false). analyze_project uses a fixed 3.65% rate over 25 years. The widget uses the MCP Apps bridge, opens inline (fullscreen only on user action), applies one affordability rule to DVF sales in every view, and does not re-issue map tool calls after a host timeout. All test cases are run with the Empruntis app selected (@Empruntis).
