Description

From the marketplace listing

Ask about your ecommerce business and act on the answer, from your own data, without exporting a spreadsheet. Epinium connects your Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Amazon Ads accounts, plus your Shopify and WooCommerce stores. • Performance: spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, clicks and impressions per campaign, ad group, target, product ad and shopper search term. Seller Central sessions, Buy Box share, conversion, Best Seller Rank, Amazon fees and margin before ads. Vendor Central figures reported separately, the way the two models actually work. • Catalog: one product that merges the Seller Central, Vendor Central and Advertising views of the same ASIN, with brands and keyword clusters you can create and edit. • Advertising management: create Sponsored Products campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, negatives and product ads; change bids, budgets and states one by one or in bulk; manage portfolios. Every change sent to Amazon is logged with Amazon's answer, so you can see what was applied and what was rejected. • Automations: start from Epinium's workflow templates, validate them and estimate their cost, run them on demand or as a simulation, and audit what each run decided, with version history and restore. New workflows are created paused. • Tasks: review the suggestions Epinium prepares for your products and campaigns, approve or reject them, and apply the approved ones. • Shopify: read your catalog, inventory, collections, pages and blog content live from your store. With your permission, create and edit products, variants, prices, collections, inventory, translations, images and SEO content, and publish to sales channels. Recent orders and ShopifyQL analytics are available when your store's app has Shopify's protected customer data access. Orders, customers, themes and shipping are never changed. • WooCommerce: read products, variations, categories, tags, brands, attributes and sales reports. With your permission, create, edit or trash them. Orders, customers and coupons are not accessed. • Store safeguards: Epinium reads your store live and keeps no copy, withholds customers' personal data, and logs every change it makes so you can review it for 12 months. Changes apply to your store as soon as you ask for them. • Playbooks: validated marketing playbooks for bidding, search-term harvesting, negatives, budgets, listings and the Buy Box, read before advising. Reading needs only the read permissions you grant when you connect. The first time you ask for a change, ChatGPT asks you to approve the extra permission for that kind of change. Nothing changes unless you ask for it, and archiving in Amazon Ads cannot be undone. Requires an Epinium account with at least one Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce connection. Agencies can work across all their client accounts.

Release notes

Adds Shopify and WooCommerce stores: read your catalog and sales reports live and, with your permission, edit products, prices, inventory and content. Adds Amazon Ads actions: change bids, budgets and states, create Sponsored Products campaigns, and manage automations, tasks and keyword clusters. Reading still needs only read permissions; the first change asks you to approve the matching write permission. Agencies can now pick which client account to work on.

Declared in the saved package. Remote tools may change independently.
