Ferienhausmiete.de is a German holiday-rental portal where guests contact hosts directly. This plugin gives ChatGPT read access to the portal's own inventory of 18,000+ holiday homes and apartments in Germany, the Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Austria and more: typo-tolerant region lookup, search by region, radius or map area with travel dates, number of guests, bedrooms, price range and 61 amenities (dogs allowed, sauna, pool, fireplace …), listing details with description, location, rating and photos, and a day-by-day availability calendar with minimum stay and nightly price. With travel dates every result includes the real total price for the stay including mandatory costs and a link with dates and guests prefilled. Answers in German, English, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Croatian.

Workflow: 1. Set `locale` to the user's language on every call (de, en, fr, pl, it, es, nl, hr). 2. Resolve the place with `autocomplete_regions`, then call `search_accommodations` with `regionId`. Pass `arrival` and `departure` whenever the user mentions dates – only then does the response contain `stayPrice`, the real total for the stay including mandatory costs. 3. Present 3–6 results: name, place, capacity, key amenities, total price for the stay (say "estimate" if `approximate` is true) and the `stayUrl` so the user can contact the host directly with dates prefilled. 4. For a specific listing use `get_accommodation` (details) and `get_accommodation_availability` (calendar, minimum stay, nightly price). 5. Never invent prices, amenities or availability. Ferienhausmiete.de charges guests no booking or service fee; the price shown is the host's price.
