Cost & access
FigureLane prepares records, invoices and accountant reports. It does not sell products, send invoices or process payments through the plugin.
Declared limitations
- Decline the request to bypass FigureLane approval. Do not invoke change-preview or approval tools to carry out this blanket reclassification and month approval, pass chat-only confirmation flags or claim anything was saved. Explain that supported changes require review of an exact preview and the owner's approval in signed-in FigureLane; offer that normal workflow instead.
- Explain that only the connected workspace is accessible. Do not invoke search, fetch, financial-summary or other data tools to retrieve another account's records, guess business IDs or invent results. Offer to reconnect using the account that owns the required business.
- Explain that public sharing is unsupported and report links require the owning FigureLane account. Do not invoke report-generation tools to fulfil the public-link request, add unsupported sharing parameters or invent a public URL. Offer the supported private accountant ZIP as an alternative and wait for the user to accept it before generating that alternative.

Search your FigureLane records, review income and expense summaries and questions, prepare invoice drafts, import original documents and generate private PDF, Excel, records CSV or accountant ZIP reports. ZIPs include original evidence. Extracted document text is available when requested. Figures retain their approved or draft status; downloads require the owning FigureLane account. The connection requests permission to propose corrections, month approvals, invoice drafts and issuance, and staged document imports. Each change requires the owner to approve the exact preview in signed-in FigureLane; saving a draft does not issue or send an invoice. For PDF and photo imports, keep the signed-in FigureLane review page open while your browser reads the original. Imported financial records still need review. Existing plan allowances apply, with no separate MCP charge.
