Description

From the marketplace listing

FLUF Connect lists your physical items (clothing, shoes, homeware, collectibles and more) on every marketplace you sell on (Vinted, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and more) and keeps stock in sync, so an item that sells in one place comes down everywhere else. In ChatGPT you can: - Find which of your items aren't on a marketplace yet and crosslist them in one go. - Find listings a marketplace refused (size, brand, category, price) and fix and resend them. - See your orders from every marketplace in one list. - Ask Intesa, the FLUF assistant, why a listing failed or a channel stopped syncing. FLUF only sees the account you connect. It asks before publishing or deleting anything. FLUF only lists physical goods from ChatGPT: it won't list digital goods, gift cards, tickets, services or prohibited items. Requires a FLUF Connect account (fluf.io).

name: crosslist-to-marketplaces
description: List the user's existing items on more marketplaces (crosslisting). Use when the user wants to post, list, copy or move items to Vinted, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed or another marketplace, or asks which items aren't listed somewhere yet.
---

# Crosslisting

1. Call `list_channels` and use only the channel ids it returns. Never guess a marketplace name.
2. Find candidates with `list_products` and `not_on_platforms: ["<channel>"]`. Show title, price and
the marketplaces each item is already on.
3. Name the items and the target marketplaces, then **ask the user to confirm**. Crosslisting
   publishes real listings.
4. Call `crosslist` with the `vid` values exactly as `list_products` returned them.
5. Report each marketplace's `status` honestly. `queued` means the seller's own browser extension or
the FLUF app finishes the listing within minutes (Vinted and Facebook work this way). It has not
   failed, so don't resend it.
6. If a marketplace refused an item for a fixable reason, use the fix-failed-listings skill rather
   than calling `crosslist` again.

description: Find and fix listings a marketplace rejected (wrong size, brand, category, price or wording) and resend them. Use when the user asks why a listing failed, says items didn't post, or wants rejected listings fixed.
---

# Fixing rejected listings

1. Call `list_drafts` with `status: "failed"` (add `channel` if the user named a marketplace).
2. For each draft, say which marketplace refused it and its `reason`, in plain words.
3. Choose corrected values only from the product's own details, and only for fields marked
`editable: true`. For a `select` field, use one of its `options`. Never invent a size or brand. If
the right value isn't in the product, ask the user.
4. Show the proposed edits and **ask for confirmation**, then call `approve_draft` with `draft_id` and
   `edits`.
5. Read `state`: `listed` means it's live. `pending` means it's accepted and publishing shortly, so
don't resend it. `failed` comes back with a new `message`, so try once more at most, then explain.
6. For a failure the drafts don't explain, ask `ask_intesa`. It can read the listings log.

# Getting started with FLUF Connect

FLUF Connect lists one inventory on many marketplaces (Vinted, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, Facebook
Marketplace and more) and keeps stock in sync across them.

1. Call `list_channels` to see which marketplaces this account has connected and which its plan can
list to. Say in one line what you found.
2. If nothing is connected, tell the user to connect a marketplace at https://fluf.io/connect/channels.
You can't connect one from ChatGPT.
3. If a call says a feature isn't on the account's plan, say so plainly. Don't file a bug, and don't
   suggest plans, prices or upgrades.
4. FLUF lists physical items only through ChatGPT. Digital goods, gift cards, tickets, services and
prohibited categories (weapons, drugs, medicines, tobacco, adult) come back under
`not_listable_here`; tell the user and don't retry them.
5. Offer the three common next steps: find items not yet on a marketplace and crosslist them, fix
listings a marketplace rejected, or review recent orders.

description: Summarise the user's sales and orders across all their marketplaces. Use when the user asks what sold, how much they made, which marketplace sells best, or for orders in a date range.
---

# Sales across marketplaces

1. Call `get_orders` with `date_start` / `date_end` (YYYY-MM-DD) for the period the user means. Page
through with `page` until every order is in.
2. Summarise by marketplace: number of orders and total value per currency. Never add up different
   currencies.
3. List notable items if the user wants detail. Don't show buyer personal details unless they ask.
4. An empty result means no orders in that period. Say so and don't retry.

Release notes
