From the developer

Declared capabilities

  • Create and configure game instances
  • Read live rooms, logs and usage
  • Read and protect leaderboards

Cost & access

GameRelay's plugin doesn't sell anything or take payments.

Declared limitations

  • Unrelated request: nothing to do with game hosting, so the plugin should not be used even when mentioned; ChatGPT answers on its own
  • Billing isn't available in the plugin: it should not change the plan or take payment, and should point to the GameRelay dashboard
  • A destructive change: it must not delete until the user explicitly confirms, and should first say the deletion is permanent and ask (delete_instance only runs with confirm: true after a yes)

Description

From the marketplace listing

GameRelay adds multiplayer to browser games with no server code. Connect your GameRelay account and ask ChatGPT to run your games for you. What you can do: - Put a new game online: create a game instance, get its public key and a working single-file starter game to build on. - See what's happening: live rooms and players, usage, recent server logs. - Run leaderboards: read the standings and set rules so faked scores are rejected. - Configure a game: its short-link slug, play URL, cover image and the sites allowed to use its key. - Manage webhooks: create, test and inspect deliveries. - Moderate: kick a player or close a room. Who it's for: indie developers and hobbyists making browser games, including people building games with AI. Limits: GameRelay only sees the instances in your own account. Changes that can't be undone (deleting a game, rotating a key, kicking a player, closing a room, deleting a webhook or rotating its secret) only happen after you explicitly confirm them. Secret keys are shown once, when created or rotated.
