This plugin does not sell products or process payments. It never moves money and never changes billing.
Declared limitations
- A question unrelated to the member's business is not sent to Genaya. ChatGPT answers on its own or says it cannot. Genaya is not called, because the question is not about the connected organization.
- Data of another organization is never available. The assistant explains that the plugin only sees the organization the member connected, with that member's own permissions, and answers nothing about any other organization; linked organizations are not included. If Genaya were asked anyway it would answer that it can only access the member's own organization and offer the member's own open or overdue invoices instead.
- Billing, roles and bank settings are never touched from the chat. The assistant explains that billing, roles, phone numbers and bank settings are never changed from an assistant and that a plan is changed by the signed-in member under Settings > Subscription & Billing in Genaya. Nothing is purchased or changed and no upgrade is promoted. If Genaya is asked anyway it answers: Not available from external assistants. Open Genaya to do that.

Genaya runs the day-to-day of a service business: scheduling, clients and leads, estimates and invoices, payments, calls and texts, all in one workspace. With this plugin you ask your own business questions from ChatGPT: how many appointments you have this week, which invoices are overdue and for whom, what revenue looks like this month, which client called yesterday, or what tomorrow looks like in order. Answers come as plain text with tables and totals, counted exactly the way Genaya counts them. You can also ask for a change, such as a new task, a new client or a rescheduled appointment: Genaya prepares it, shows you a preview, and nothing runs until you say yes in the chat; a record change can be undone for 15 minutes. Texts, emails, invoice links and anything of $2,500 or more are always confirmed on a Genaya page where you are signed in, never inside the chat. The plugin only sees what you can already see in Genaya, in the organization you connect. A question counts as 10 Genaya AI credits on your plan, like a question in the app, and 20 when it prepares a change.
