GleanMark

TMZap Incorporated v2.0.2

Publisher description

From the marketplace listing

GleanMark helps users search 14 million U.S. trademark records, screen a proposed name for conflicting marks, read USPTO Office Actions and prosecution histories, count and analyze Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, and measure the register, such as applications filed per year or the most-disclaimed terms in a class. Answers cite registration and serial numbers and link each mark, owner and proceeding to its GleanMark page. Public-record tools work without an account. Signed-in users can also run knockout searches for a proposed name, run register research queries, and see their own portfolios, clients, deadlines and saved analyses. A few analyses run in the background, are saved to the user's GleanMark account, and return a status before results are ready. Results are not legal advice and do not establish that a name is available.
