Hapibit Church Planner helps church administrators and ministry leaders work with their church's ministry plans in conversation. Check the connected church and your permissions; find ministries by year, department, status, or text; and read ministry details. With the required church role and write access, create a ministry draft, change selected fields after reviewing the current record, or carry a ministry into a later year as a new draft. Year searches include ministries whose dates overlap that year. Access follows the connected user's church, department, and role; internal preparation, budgets, and evaluations may be restricted. Write actions require confirmation. Rollover preserves planning information while resetting spending and completion state. This connector does not send invitations or messages, make payments, or delete ministries. It does not expose the congregant directory, weekly ministry journals, or annual department budgets. A Hapibit account, church membership, and an authenticated connection are required.
