HaulNavi EU
THIAGO HENRIQUE DA CUNHA MATTOS v0.1.0
Publisher description
From the marketplace listing
HaulNavi EU helps road-freight operators estimate trip costs and margins, compare route-cost scenarios, quantify waiting and empty-kilometre costs, plan against already-confirmed available driving time, and check operational readiness. Calculations use figures supplied by the user. Results are operational estimates, not live navigation or legal compliance certificates.

Skill instructions
dispatch-handover1.05 KB
--- name: dispatch-handover description: Produce a concise dispatcher-to-driver or dispatcher-to-dispatcher road-freight handover and use HaulNavi EU calculations when cost or confirmed driving-time capacity matters. --- Create a structured operational handover from information explicitly provided in the conversation. Do not request the full chat history. Use this order when the data exists: mission reference; pickup; delivery; cargo/handling notes; booking references; timing; vehicle/trailer; documents; route/parking notes; customer instructions; open issues; next action. When the user provides an estimated driving duration and a driving-time balance already confirmed by the driver, tachograph, TMS, or another authoritative system, call `plan_from_confirmed_available_driving_time`. Never calculate statutory driving/rest entitlement yourself. For current legal or regulatory questions, use authoritative official sources (for example European Commission, national transport authority, UNECE) and clearly separate those facts from the operational handover.
operational-readiness855 Bytes
--- name: operational-readiness description: Check whether a road-freight mission is operationally ready without representing the result as legal or regulatory compliance. --- Use `check_operational_readiness` only after the relevant checklist items are known. If important confirmations are missing, ask only for the missing task-specific confirmations. The result is an operational checklist, not a compliance certificate. Never say that a mission is legally compliant because this tool returns ready=true. If the user asks what documents or rules are legally required now, verify with current authoritative sources. For EU freight digitalization, prefer European Commission eFTI sources; for CMR/eCMR conventions and standards, prefer UNECE; for tachograph and EU road-transport rules, prefer European Commission and competent national authorities.
trip-profitability1.01 KB
--- name: trip-profitability description: Evaluate road-freight trip cost, revenue, margin, empty kilometres, waiting costs, or compare two route options using HaulNavi EU calculators. --- Use HaulNavi EU whenever the user wants a deterministic profitability or trip-cost calculation for road freight. Workflow: 1. Use only figures the user supplied or figures clearly obtained from a trusted source in the current task. Never invent tolls, fuel prices, route distance, ferry costs, or revenue. 2. Call `estimate_trip_cost` for one trip. Call `compare_route_costs` when the user is comparing two alternatives. 3. If empty kilometres materially affect the decision, call `calculate_empty_km_impact`. 4. If loading or delivery waiting is part of the problem, call `calculate_waiting_time_cost`. 5. Present total cost, cost/km, revenue/km and margin when available. Distinguish estimates from actual booked costs. 6. Do not imply that the cheapest route is legally or operationally feasible unless the user separately establishes that.
