Cost & access
Travellers can follow links to purchase accommodation stays directly on the property official website. Booking, payment, changes and cancellations are handled by the property, outside ChatGPT. Hootel does not take payments or create reservations.
Declared limitations
- Flights are outside Hootel accommodation search. Explain the limit without invoking any Hootel tools or claiming a flight reservation.
- Restaurant table booking is not supported. Explain this without invoking Hootel search or booking-link tools.
- Hootel cannot modify existing reservations or issue refunds. Explain that the traveller must contact the property or the original booking provider. Do not invoke tools or claim cancellation/refund success.

Hootel searches the accommodation properties that have partnered with Hootel and gives you a link to book directly on each property's own website. Describe your trip in ChatGPT: destination, dates, number of guests and what matters to you, such as a pool, parking or a budget per night. Hootel searches its partner properties and shows each match with photos, its location, the total and nightly price for your dates (VAT included, city tax shown separately) and the reasons it fits your request. You can open a partner property to see its rooms, rates, amenities, policies and contact details, change dates or guests, or ask about a specific partner property by name, for example whether it accepts pets or has parking. When you are ready to book, Hootel gives you a link to the property's own booking page, with your dates and guests filled in when the property's booking system supports it. Booking and payment take place on the property's website: Hootel does not make reservations or take payments in ChatGPT. Results include only Hootel partner properties, not every place to stay in an area. Ask Hootel which destinations it currently covers. Prices and availability are supplied by each property and show when they were last updated; without dates, prices are shown as indicative starting prices.

Rewrote the listing subtitle and description to state plainly that Hootel searches its partner properties and that booking and payment happen on the property's website. Updated starter prompts and test cases to the current partner properties in San Vincenzo, Tuscany; booking links now lead to the property's own booking engine. No changes to tools.
