- Validate a single email address against its domain and mail server
- Validate several addresses pasted into the conversation, one by one
- Explain each verdict (valid, maybe valid, invalid, ambiguous, temporary or permanent error)
Cost & access
This plugin does not sell products or process payments.
Declared limitations
- Sending email is out of scope: InboxTrue only checks addresses and must not claim to have sent anything; the assistant should explain it cannot send mail.
- Finding or guessing someone's address is out of scope: InboxTrue validates addresses the user provides and has no lookup tool; the assistant should decline rather than invent addresses.
- Purchasing is out of scope: there is no tool to buy credits; the assistant should point the user to the InboxTrue dashboard instead.
Description
From the marketplace listing
InboxTrue checks whether an email address can actually receive mail before you send to it. It inspects the address's domain and talks to its mail server, then reports a clear verdict: valid, maybe valid, invalid, ambiguous, or a temporary or permanent error, with a retry hint when a server asks us to try again later. Use it to clean up a contact list you pasted into the chat, double-check a lead before outreach, or confirm a signup address looks real. You can also ask how many InboxTrue credits remain on your account. InboxTrue only sees the addresses you ask it to check; it never sends email to them and never reads your inbox.
