Declared limitations
- Sending to an external recipient is out of scope: the plugin has no email or sharing tool, so it must not act. Expected: the assistant explains it cannot email diagrams from Just Flow It and may offer to export BPMN 2.0 so the user can share it through another tool.
- Billing and plan changes are out of scope: the plugin cannot change plans or start a purchase. Expected: the assistant explains plans can't be changed from the chat and points to the account settings in Just Flow It, without starting any transaction.
- Access outside the connected account: every tool is scoped to the account that was connected, so another company's data can't be reached. Expected: the assistant says only the connected account's projects and diagrams are available.

Just Flow It is a BPMN process-diagram editor with AI. Connect your Just Flow It account and describe a process the way you would explain it to a colleague: who does what, the decisions and the exceptions. The plugin creates the BPMN diagram in your account, gives you a link to open it in the Just Flow It editor, and keeps refining it as you talk. What you can do: - Draw a new BPMN diagram from a plain-language description, or from the text of a file you share, such as a process write-up or meeting notes. - Change an existing diagram with an instruction, such as "add a finance approval after the quote". The diagram is updated in place. - Open any diagram in the Just Flow It editor from a link in the chat. - Organize diagrams in projects (one per client or area) and folders. A project can carry context, such as who the client is and its business rules, and the AI uses it for every diagram inside that project. - Export standard BPMN 2.0 XML for Camunda, Bizagi, bpmn.io and other BPMN tools, or import BPMN 2.0 XML and get it laid out automatically. - Rename, move and delete diagrams. Edits and deletions are marked as destructive, so the assistant can ask you to confirm them first. Who it is for: operations, compliance, quality and consulting teams that map and improve business processes. Requirements and limits: you sign in with your Just Flow It account; there is no API key to copy. Creating or changing a diagram with AI usually takes 30 to 90 seconds and counts toward your account's AI usage. The plugin only reaches the diagrams and folders of the account you connect. It cannot send emails or share diagrams with other people. Disconnect at any time in Just Flow It under Settings > AI connections.
