This plugin does not sell products or process payments. It connects the user's own KLARA business software account; invoices it prepares are the user's own business documents, created only after explicit out-of-band approval.
Declared limitations
- General tax knowledge - the user asks about Swiss VAT in general, not about their company's data in KLARA. Expected: the assistant answers from general knowledge or web search without calling a KLARA tool.
- A 'booking' outside accounting - a restaurant reservation, not a ledger entry. Expected: no KLARA tool is called.
- Software comparison - the user wants an opinion about accounting tools, not an action in their KLARA company. Expected: the assistant answers editorially without calling a KLARA tool.

KLARA is Swiss business software for small and medium-sized companies - accounting, payroll, invoicing, order and customer management in one place. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your KLARA company so you can get your admin done in the chat. What you can do: - Find customers and articles, check invoices and read documents - Create and update customers, contacts and articles - Prepare invoices from your articles and deliver them - Record bookings, attach receipts and read your VAT statement and open bank positions - Look up employees and prepare payroll items Built for safety: KLARA works on live company data, so every write is prepared first. The assistant shows you a summary and an approval link; nothing is written until you approve the action yourself on the KLARA MCP approval page in your browser - with an authenticator code or a passkey. The assistant never receives a code. You sign in with a KLARA API key that you create in your KLARA account. The key only opens what its role allows and can be revoked at any time. Available for KLARA Business customers in Switzerland.
