LEDGER is a training app for self-coached climbers. Its performance tests show where your climbing is held back, so you know what to train. Connect your LEDGER account to plan that training with ChatGPT, built on what you have actually done. ChatGPT can read your climber profile (goal, discipline and grades), your training logs, notes and test results. It uses them to spot patterns and progress, suggest where to focus, and build exercises and sessions that it puts on your calendar. New exercises are shown to you as a proposal first and only saved once you agree, and a plan worth keeping can be saved as a note. Everything it plans appears in the LEDGER app, where you train, log your sessions and keep your notes. Training logs and test results can only be recorded in the app. Requires a LEDGER account. Sign up in the LEDGER app (iOS, Android or web at app.ledgerclimbing.com) before connecting.
