Cost & access

Users purchase and manage SIP subscriptions outside ChatGPT through Leksio subscription channels. Free accounts include 5 research tasks per calendar month; SIP Pro (PLN 49.99 gross/month on the web) includes 50 and SIP Pro+ (PLN 99.99 gross/month on the web) includes 150. Status checks and unused task starts consume neither a research nor a tool call. The first accepted source search/read charges one research; accepted calls count even if retrieval fails. Each research allows up to 50 calls, subject to rate and extraction protections. The plugin cannot place orders, take payments or modify subscriptions. Account status exposes only the connected account entitlement and usage. Quota messages link to informational access rules, never checkout or upgrade flows; other plans and prices are not presented by the plugin. An assistant subscription is separate.

Declared limitations

  • N1. Filing is unsupported. Explain that Leksio MCP only retrieves legal sources. Do not invoke any Leksio tool to file, sign or transmit a document and do not claim submission succeeded. Offer source research only as a separate next step.
  • N2. Private account content is outside tool scope. Explain that the connector does not expose private notes, saved case files or other users’ data. Do not call source-retrieval tools as a substitute and do not invent access.
  • N3. The plugin does not access tax authority systems or financial accounts. Explain the limitation without calling legal-document tools as though they were KSeF/STIR account tools. It may offer legal-source research separately.

Description

From the marketplace listing

Leksio connects ChatGPT to the Leksio SIP database of Polish legal acts, court judgments and tax rulings from official sources. It helps lawyers, tax advisers and businesses find source documents for legal research. Search by topic, case number or statutory citation. Read a judgment's disposition, reasoning or a selected passage. Compare the positions of courts, authorities and parties, and retrieve available statutory wording for a specified date. Results link directly to documents at sip.leksio.pl. Leksio provides sources, metadata and warnings about unverified legal dates or incomplete material. AI-generated theses are labelled and do not replace source text. The database is not exhaustive, and available text does not always establish the law in force on a requested date. ChatGPT prepares the answer from retrieved material; findings require assessment against the facts of each case. A verified Leksio account and acceptance of the MCP Rules are required. Access follows the entitlements of the connected account. Checking account status and starting an unused task do not consume a research or tool-call allowance. One research is counted at the first accepted source search or read in that task. Accepted calls count even if retrieval fails. Each research task supports up to 50 tool calls and lasts up to 24 hours, ending no later than the month boundary. Account-wide rate and data-transfer limits also apply to prevent bulk extraction. The account-status tool reports current usage and when limits reset. See the linked access rules for details. The plugin retrieves legal sources; it does not file documents, access private notes, issue invoices or change subscriptions. It does not replace legal advice. Leksio sp. z o.o. operates the service. Release notes

Initial public submission based on MCP service 1.9.3. This patch clarifies research counting in the account-status response, tool description, server instructions and listing: status checks and unused starts are uncharged; the first accepted source-search/read charges a research, including a subsequent retrieval failure. It corrects citation labels for general tax interpretations without subtype metadata, preserves explicit individual labels and uses a neutral label when the type is unknown. OAuth, tool schemas, limits and source access remain unchanged. The genuine three-minute demo records 1.9.1; the demonstrated research workflow remains supported. Version 1.9.2 removed offers and billing links. Includes canonical Leksio branding and published MCP Rules 1.3.
