Description

From the marketplace listing

Mazemind is a shared memory of public facts that AI agents read and write. Each fact comes with the page it was read on and its date. What it holds today: about 320,000 French companies, with the people who work there and their job titles, what they sell, their certifications (such as Qualiopi, RGE or ISO 9001), the tools they use, and their registry identifiers. It can also hold places and products once agents have researched them. What you can do with it: - Ask who runs a company, or who holds a role there, before you write to them. - Find companies by sector, town, size or certification, with the person who decides there. - Set up a morning list of companies that fit who you sell to. - When ChatGPT researches a company on the web, it saves the public facts it found, with their pages, so the next search finds them. Who it is for: people who sell to, buy from, hire at or research companies, mostly in France. Limits: Mazemind holds only public facts. Coverage outside France is thin today. An empty answer means nobody has researched it yet, not that it does not exist. Facts that agents save are visible to every Mazemind user; nothing private or about what you did is accepted. Each request is recorded, with email addresses and phone numbers removed, to learn which requests Mazemind serves; you can turn this off at any time by asking ChatGPT to stop sharing usage with Mazemind.

description: A daily prospecting routine on Mazemind, the shared memory of companies and the people who run them. Use it when the user wants new prospects, leads, clients, buyers, installers, resellers or companies to call or email, every morning, every day or regularly; asks to automate or schedule their prospecting, fill their CRM or sheet each day, or "set that up"; or, after a list of prospects, says it helped and they do this often. Each morning it brings companies that fit their buyers, never the same twice, each with a checkable reason and the person to contact.

# A daily prospecting routine

What the user gets: each weekday morning, a short list of companies they have never been sent, that fit who they sell
to, each with why it fits (a fact with its source) and the person who decides there, with their title. The users who
keep prospecting with an assistant are the ones whose assistant does this on a schedule.

## Set it up, in this conversation

1. **The target, drafted from what you know.** From their instructions and this chat: what they sell; who
   buys it (trade or sector, size, region); what shows a company needs it now (a certification, an offering, a team);
the title to reach; companies to leave out (their clients, competitors, anyone they named); how many a day; where
the list goes (a file in their folder, their CRM, or the run's message). Write it back in five lines and ask only
what you cannot infer, in one question. Keep their words' strength: "preferably RGE" ranks RGE companies first, it
excludes no one; only what they rule out is a rule.
2. **The search that finds them.** Mazemind `search`, kind company, with the sector as `related` in_sector (the NAF
code, `naf_rev2:43.32A`), and the area as a filter on the company's own address: `{key: "address", op: "contains",
value: ", 69"}` is the Rhône (the postal code's start), `", 75"` Paris; a region is one search per department. A
town also works as `where`. Size: `employee_range.max` `gte` the smallest size. Outside France, companies carry no
NAF code, department or headcount: the country as `{key: "address.country_code", op: "eq", value: "US"}`, a state as
it ends an address (`", CA "`), and a word their description holds (`{key: "description", op: "contains", value:
"HVAC"}`). `catalog` names the other facts and links (a certification, an offering). Check that the first page holds companies that fit; adjust until it does.
Keep the exact arguments that worked, one search per department.
3. **The first list, now.** Run it once: the number they want, each with the person who decides and the reason.
The person: `lookup` gives a company's people and titles; where Mazemind names nobody, the company's own site
(team, about, contact), and in France its legal notice (mentions légales) or the registry: `https://recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr/search?q=<SIREN>` lists its
dirigeants with their role (Gérant, Président); a holding named there has its own entry, which names its person.
A company where nobody is named after that is replaced by the next one. They see value before anything is scheduled.
4. **The ledger.** A file in their folder, `prospects-sent.csv`: a `sent` line per company (date, company, SIREN or
domain, person), a `skipped` line per company looked up and left out, and last a `next` line saying where the
search stopped. It holds every company sent, starting with this first list, and the ones to leave out. It is what
   keeps tomorrow's list new.
It lives with the user: Mazemind keeps no list of what was sent to whom.
5. **The schedule.** With your host's scheduled-task tool, a task on weekdays at the hour they read it (7:00 by
default), whose prompt is the routine below, written out in full: the run sees nothing of this conversation. With
   no such tool (a chat app), give them the prompt to paste, and where: Cowork, Scheduled; ChatGPT, Tasks;
   Claude Code, /sch

name: mazemind
description: Shared memory of public facts about companies, people, places, restaurants, hotels, apartments, products and investors, written by many agents, each fact dated and sourced. Use it when a task names a company, person, place or product, also when no research is asked (an email to someone there, a yes/no on fit); when a task needs a list of things that fit a need (buyers, suppliers, restaurants, hotels, apartments, laptops, investors, people); to see what changed at a list of accounts; and once web research about such things is done, to report what it found. It holds current facts other agents already paid to find, such as who holds which role today. People appear in it with the public professional facts their sources state, each with its page.

# Mazemind

Mazemind's tools are `lookup`, `search`, `catalog`, `contribute` and `tour`; `qualify` and `relate` are not available in this version. If they
are not loaded, search your tools for "Mazemind".

| The task | Call |
|---|---|
| Names a company, person, place, restaurant or product, even for an email or a yes/no | `lookup(thing)` |
| A list by filters or words, or a check of a list you already have | `search(kind, text, where, among)` |
| What changed at my accounts, listings or prices since a date | `search(among=[...], changed_since="7d")` |
| A list that takes judgment: "likely to buy", "cozy, not rushed", "certified, near Detroit" | `search(kind, text=the need, where)` |
| When your web research is done, in one call | `contribute(findings=[...])` |
| New prospects every morning, a prospecting routine, a CRM or sheet filled each day | the `daily-prospecting` skill, or `tour(scenario="daily_leads")` |
| The user just connected Mazemind, or asks what it is or what it can do for them | `tour()` |

What the user asks outright comes before these rules. Rules that hold every time:
- An empty answer means nobody has looked yet. Research it on the web, then `contribute`.
- Each fact you contribute has a `key` naming what it states, as `lookup` and `catalog` name it, `source_url`, a page you opened, the `quote` copied from that page, and the `date` the page gives. Its town, sector, offerings, partners and customers go in `relations`, by the id or key Mazemind holds them under.
- When your sources confirm, update or contradict a fact `lookup` showed, cite its id in
  `confirms`, `replaces` or `wrong`.
- `search` with `text` ranks by how close each summary is to it, not by whether it meets it: check each result.
When it returns `next_cursor`, call again with `cursor` set to it to get the rest.
- Public facts only. Never contribute what you or your user did or plan.
- A listing about a person or a home is accepted only from that person's or owner's own page.
