Description

From the marketplace listing

Redesign real rooms from a single photo with MeltFlex in ChatGPT. Send a photo of a room, kitchen, bathroom, facade or garden, pick a style from the preset gallery or describe the change, and get back a photorealistic render that keeps the walls, windows and doors where they are. Refine the result through conversation. With MeltFlex, you can: • Browse 15 design tools and over 200 style presets with pictures, or jump in with /kitchen, /bathroom, /exterior, /garden, /walls, /floors, /stairs, /doors, /windows, /home-office, /closet, /coffee-shop and /restaurant. • Restyle any room and compare two or three looks side by side. • Furnish an empty room for a property listing with realistic virtual staging. • Place an exact real product, such as a sofa, rug or tile, into your own room from its photo. • Turn a render into a short cinematic walkthrough video for listings, Reels or TikTok. • Turn a photo of a single furniture piece into a textured 3D model you can download as GLB. Connect your MeltFlex account to get started.

# Bathroom Design

MeltFlex's bathroom design tool, with the same bathroom styles and the same design brief as meltflexai.com.

## Steps

1. Ask for a photo of the bathroom if the user has not shared one. Never invent the space.

3. Call `generate_interior` with `image`, `tool: "bathroom"`, the chosen `style` id, and `prompt` holding only the user's extra wishes (for example "keep the window seat"), or an empty string.
4. Offer one next step: another style side by side (`variations: 2`), a walkthrough video, or placing a specific product the user likes.

## Steps

1. Ask for a photo of one item, ideally on a plain background and seen from a three-quarter angle.
2. Call `create_3d_furniture` with the photo as `image` (75 credits).
3. The card shows progress and offers the GLB download when the model is ready, usually in 2 to 3 minutes. If it does not update, call `check_job` with the `jobId` every 10 to 15 seconds.

## Tips

- Crop out other furniture; the model is built from the whole image.
- Set `textured: false` only when the user needs clean geometry for their own materials.

---

# Get started with MeltFlex

MeltFlex redesigns real rooms from a photo. The walls, windows and doors stay where they are; the style, furniture, materials and colours change.

## What to offer

- **Redesign a room**: a photo plus a style ("warm Japandi", "dark moody library").
- **Furnish an empty room**: virtual staging for listings and new builds.
- **Place an exact product**: a photo of a real sofa, rug or tile placed into the room.
- **Walkthrough video**: a 4 or 8 second cinematic clip from any render.
- **3D model**: a photo of one furniture piece turned into a GLB.

## First run

1. Ask for a room photo if none was shared. Never invent a room.
2. If the user has no look in mind, call `browse_presets` for the matching tool (interior, kitchen, bathroom, exterior, garden…) so they can pick a style from pictures instead of answering questions.
3. Call `generate_interior` with the photo, the `tool` and `style` they picked, and `prompt` for any extra wishes. Without a preset, write `prompt` as one sentence.
4. After the render, offer the natural next step: another style, a walkthrough video, or placing a specific product.

## Credits

Every generation spends credits on the user's MeltFlex account. Call `get_credits` when the user asks what something costs or before a walkthrough or 3D model, and tell them the cost before spending it. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Do not link to pricing or checkout pages in the chat.

## Design tools and presets

MeltFlex has a dedicated tool with its own style presets for each kind of space. Call `browse_presets` with no arguments to show them all as a picture gallery, or jump straight in with a slash command: /kitchen, /bathroom, /exterior, /garden, /walls, /floors, /stairs, /doors, /windows, /home-office, /closet, /coffee-shop, /restaurant. Browsing is free; only generating spends credits.

---

# Exact product placement

## Steps

1. Get the room photo and a clear photo of the product, ideally on a plain background.
2. Call `generate_interior` with the room as `image` and the product photo(s) in `reference_images` (up to 10).
3. Write the prompt as one sentence naming where it goes: "Place this exact sofa against the left wall facing the window."

## Tips

- One product per call gives the most faithful result; for a full set, place the largest piece first and build on that render.
- For flooring, tiles or wallpaper, say which surface: "Use this exact tile on the bathroom floor only."
- If the result changes the product, retry with a tighter crop of the product photo.

# Room redesign

## How to call it

Use `generate_interior` with:

- `image`: the user's room photo.
- `prompt`: **one sentence** naming the style and the two or three changes that matter most, e.g. "Redesign in warm Japandi style with light oak floors, a low linen sofa and paper lanterns."
- `variations`: 2 or 3 when the user is still deciding between looks (each image is charged).
- `design_level`: `pro` for a final, detailed render; `lite` for quick exploration.

## Good prompts

- Name the style first, then materials, then the hero piece of furniture.
- Say what must stay if the user cares ("keep the fireplace and the window seat").
- Do not describe the camera or the room layout; MeltFlex keeps both from the photo.

## After the render

Offer one follow-up, not a list: try another style, swap one element ("same room, green velvet sofa"), make a walkthrough video, or place a real product the user owns or wants to buy.

## Region edits

To change only one area, the user paints it solid red in the photo and you pass `mask: true`. The prompt then applies only to the red region.

## Style presets

For a named style, use the preset instead of writing the brief yourself: `tool: "interior"` with one of these `style` ids, and `prompt` holding only extra wishes. Call `browse_presets` with `tool: "interior"` to let the user pick from thumbnails. For a kitchen, bathroom, exterior, garden, walls or floors, use that tool instead (see browse_presets).

description: Furnish an empty or cluttered room for a property listing with MeltFlex. Use for real estate photos, new builds, rentals and before-and-after staging.

# Virtual staging

## Steps

1. Take the empty or cluttered room photo.
2. Ask who the listing is for if it is unclear (young professionals, a family, short-term rental); it decides the style.
3. Call `generate_interior` with a one-sentence prompt such as "Furnish this empty living room in a warm modern style for a young family, with a sofa, rug, coffee table and plants."
4. For a cluttered room, start the prompt with "Declutter and" so personal items are removed before staging.

## Listing guidance

- Keep staging realistic for the room size; mention "compact" pieces for small rooms.
- Use `design_level: pro` and `resolution: 2K` for photos that will be published.
- Remind the user that many listing sites require staged photos to be labelled as virtually staged.

## Staging presets

Use `tool: "staging"` with one of these `style` ids; put the room type, audience and any must-haves in `prompt` ("living room for a young family"). Call `browse_presets` with `tool: "staging"` to show them as a gallery.

2. If the user has not named a look, call `browse_presets` with `tool: "windows"` so they can pick from the gallery. Skip it when they already said what they want.
3. Call `generate_interior` with `image`, `tool: "windows"`, the chosen `style` id, and `prompt` holding only the user's extra wishes (for example "keep the window seat"), or an empty string.
4. Offer one next step: another style side by side (`variations: 2`), a walkthrough video, or placing a specific product the user likes.

## Window styles

- `black-frame`: Black Frame
- `crittall`: Crittall Steel
- `georgian`: Georgian Bars
- `picture`: Picture Window
- `wood-frame`: Wood Frame
- `arched`: Arched
- `bay`: Bay Window
- `floor-to-ceiling`: Floor-to-Ceiling

If the user describes a look that matches none of these, leave `style` out and put their description in `prompt`.
