myocr.app converts PDF bank statements into Excel files and checks that the balances add up to the cent. Upload the bank statement in the chat and ask to convert it. myocr extracts every transaction with date, description, amount and balance, then runs the balance check: the opening balance, plus credits, minus debits, must equal the closing balance. If the numbers don't add up, it tells you right away, so you know a transaction is missing or was misread before you import the data into your accounting. What you can ask: - a bank statement in Excel, with the balance check; - a check of a balance check report (code BCR-…); - invoices and tables from PDFs or photos in Excel, and the text of scanned documents; - the progress of a long conversion and how many pages you have left. Documents up to 100 pages and 30 MB (PDF, PNG, JPG and WEBP), in many languages. You need a myocr.app account, which you connect by signing in to myocr.app. Files are used only for the conversion, are never used to train models and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
