Publisher description
From the marketplace listing
Noon is an AI recruiter. Connect it to ChatGPT to source candidates for a job, review who Noon found, shape the outreach Noon sends, and find out why a role's search is or isn't working, all from a conversation.
What you can do
• Source candidates: describe a role or paste a job description, and Noon creates the role and starts searching for matching people.
• Review the feed: see the candidates Noon surfaced for a role, with its reasoning for each match.
• Accept or reject candidates: accepting adds someone to the role's project (and starts outreach when auto-contact is on); rejecting with a reason teaches Noon what to avoid.
• Give feedback on the feed as a whole ("too many consultants", "more fintech backgrounds"): Noon re-scores the current candidates and adjusts future sourcing.
• Read and rewrite outreach sequences: LinkedIn invites, InMails, emails and follow-ups.
• Diagnose a role's search: funnel counts, top rejection reasons, which single requirement is blocking otherwise-qualified people, and what loosening each filter would add.
• Look up a candidate's profile and the evaluation behind Noon's decision.
Who it's for
Recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers who use Noon.
Requirements and limits
• You need a Noon account (www.noon.ai). You sign in with your Noon login when you connect, and ChatGPT only sees the roles and candidates in your Noon workspace.
• Outreach goes out from the email and LinkedIn accounts connected in your Noon portal.
• Noon can't delete roles, change billing, or access other companies' workspaces from ChatGPT.
• Everything done here also shows up in your Noon portal.
